Meet the Team

CO-FOUNDER

Ziv Gedzelman is a high school student at the Abraham Joshua Heschel School with political experience on Nikki Haley’s 2024 presidential campaign and Nicole Malliotakis’s congressional reelection campaign. He has held internships as a Research Analyst at Wooster Capital, a hedge fund, and as a Data Analyst at Sky Harbour, a public aviation infrastructure company. Ziv is also an active leader in his school community, serving as Captain of the Entrepreneurship Club, Producer of the school’s current events broadcast, and Captain of the Cross Country team. Ziv also founded Simplifi Learning, a financial education program for underprivileged youth. With the skills Ziv has acquired through leading organizations and working in politics, Ziv Co-founded Youth for Veteran Care to advocate for veteran mental health care.

CO-FOUNDER

Shane Epstein is a hardworking student and natural leader who’s always looked for ways to make a difference. In the classroom, he pushes himself to excel, and on the soccer field, he’s led his teams as captain, learning the value of teamwork, persistence, and supporting the people around him. As president of his BBYO chapter, Shane has brought those same qualities into his community work—now focusing on advocating for better mental health care for veterans. For him, it’s about taking the leadership skills he’s built in everyday life and using them to stand up for those who’ve served our country.
